GMX Quantum LLC

The company is the technology subsidiary of Gibbs-McGlaston Holdings Corp., formed in July 2025.

The company grew out of its founder’s drive to solve real problems with technology, initially building tools for his own needs and recognizing that many of those challenges were shared by others. That approach has led to work spanning applied artificial intelligence, financial technology, and advanced engineering.

GMX Quantum is being developed across consumer software, financial technology, and advanced engineering, with a focus on building practical technologies designed to address real-world problems.

A defining part of the company’s approach is use-driven innovation: products and technologies begin with a clearly identified problem, are developed through practical application and testing, and are refined before being scaled to broader markets.

The vision is to build a technology company where engineers, researchers, operators, and capital partners can come together to turn difficult problems into practical, scalable solutions.

The Foundation is being organized as an independent nonprofit corporation, separate from and not owned by Gibbs-McGlaston Holdings Corp.

The Foundation grew from its founder’s own path through the arts and from a conviction that talent alone is rarely enough, and that people pursuing artistic and creative excellence also need education, mentorship, opportunity, and access to the resources that can help them build lasting careers.

The Foundation intends to support the arts through scholarships, workshops, panel discussions, symposiums, grants, and, over time, formal educational programs, with the long-term goal of supporting artists and creative professionals at every stage of their artistic careers.

The Foundation is currently in formation. It is not yet soliciting or accepting contributions, and nothing presented on this website should be interpreted as a representation of its tax-exempt status.

The vision is to build an organization where artists, educators, mentors, and supporters of the arts can come together to expand opportunity, develop talent, and help the next generation create and perform at the highest level.
